I am always looking to buy quality pipes at fair prices, I can also take pipes in credit or trade towards the pieces available in this site. On most pipes, I can pay or give credit of about 60%-70% of the estimated re-sale value. On pipes with a high re-sale value I consider each case individually, usually paying close to the market price. I also offer consignment sales.
